Devin Schrock is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Practice and Innovation with a concentration in Curriculum Studies. For sixteen years, she taught a variety of subjects such as science, english-language arts, humanities, and integrated studies to fifth through eighth graders. Currently, she works as an educational consultant, a part-time literacy instructional coach for a Vermont K-8 school, a teacher mentor for Modern Classroom Project, and a graduate level instructor for Castleton Center for Schools. She has expertise in backwards design, project- based learning, as well as implementing blended, self-paced, and mastery-based learning in the classroom. Devin is passionate about connecting students and the community through collaborative partnerships and place-based learning.
